Designed in a spirit of sustainable well-being, “Esprit Faubourg” comprises buildings and eight town houses surrounding a beautiful landscaped garden.

With one or two stories, the houses have been designed for the comfort of families. All the ground floors feature a large living room with a separate kitchen to define the spaces, and a laundry room.

The living rooms are extended by a terrace and a garden for relaxing moments outdoor. There are bedrooms, a bathroom and a washroom on the upper floors. For more convenience, a double lock-up garage in the basement is accessible directly from each house via a staircase. On the back of the houses, garden sheds provide separation from the interior walkway of the residence.
