“La Closerie” is surrounded by many assets of the city: among others, it is located next to the SNCF train station and on the outskirts of the city centre. The lively train station square, a 3-minute walk away, features brasseries and restaurants. All the shops of the city centre, on Boulevard Charles de Gaulle, right behind the residence, are 4 to 5 minutes away*: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, wine shop, etc. Not to mention the future shops and/or services on the ground floor of the building. In terms of schools, the elementary school is on the opposite side of the street, and a day nursery 100 metres(a) away will open soon.
